Welcome! We took our dog Rudy to his first dock diving competition in July 2007. We were addicted instantly. We soon discovered there was nowhere to practice in Southern California. Fortunatly, we were able to install a swimming pool in 2007 and "Learning To Fly" was born. "Learning To Fly" is a non profit organization that is here for people to have fun with their dog.
